Campbellsville University graduates 612 in academic year; 416 in May graduations
CU graduated 152 master's students Friday night, May 2, 2014, in Ransdell Chapel, with 264 graduates Saturday morning, May 3, for a total of 416 students receiving their diplomas upon completion of all academic requirements. In CU's December commencement, 196 received their diplomas for a total of 612 students in this year's graduating class of 2013-2014.

Campbellsville University announces Dean's academic honors list
Campbellsville University Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Frank Cheatham has announced the academic honors' list for the fall 2013 semester.
The academic honors' list recognizes students who achieve a grade point average of 3.50 or above for the semester with a course load of at least 12 hours. The fall 2013 academic honors' list includes a total of 607 students, with 229 named to the President's List for achieving a 4.0 grade point average, and 378 named to the Dean's List for achieving a 3.5 to 3.99 GPA.

Campbellsville University announces Dean's academic honors list
Campbellsville University Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Frank Cheatham has announced the academic honors' list for the spring 2013 semester.
The academic honors' list recognizes students who achieve a grade point average of 3.50 or above for the semester with a course load of at least 12 hours. The spring 2013 academic honors' list includes a total of 556 students, with 222 named to the President's List for achieving a 4.0 grade point average, and 334 named to the Dean's List for achieving a 3.5 to 3.99 GPA.

Over 70 Campbellsville University students are spending their summer breaks serving others not only in Kentucky, but across the country and even the world.
Several students are serving on mission trips, at church camps, vacation Bible schools, and as interns on church staffs.
"Faculty, staff and coaches at CU are dedicated to the premise of encouraging and enabling our students to give of themselves in service to others in the name of Jesus Christ," John Chowning, vice president for church and external relations and executive assistant to the president, said.
"Vision 2025-Preparing Christian Servant Leaders, CU's long-term plan, provides an ongoing map for CU's future that places emphasis on preparing a generation of Christian servant leaders who will be world changers for Jesus Christ," he said.

Local students attend presidential inauguration with Campbellsville University clubs
January 2013 will mark a month that many Campbellsville University students will remember for a long time. Campbellsville University made it possible for three groups of students to attend President Barack Obama's second inauguration ceremony.
Students attending were from three university clubs: Phi Alpha Theta history honor society, the Sociology Club and the Political Science Club.

Campbellsville University students will travel to Washington, D.C. later this week for the 2013 Presidential Inauguration taking place Monday, Jan. 21.

Campbellsville University Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Frank Cheatham has announced the academic honors' list for the fall 2010 semester.
The academic honors' list recognizes students who achieve a grade point average of 3.50 or above for the semester with a course load of at least 12 hours. The fall 2010 academic honors' list includes a total of 505 students, with 194 achieving a 4.0 grade point average and having been named to the President's List. Others who have achieved a grade point average of 3.5-3.99 are named to the Dean's List; there are 311 named to that list.
